Questions people actually ask.

Both. Mallets give a clear, loud note with no effort, which is where beginners start; fingers give a softer, warmer attack once you're comfortable. Mallets are included.

Rarely. A cut tongue is far more stable than a hammered tone field, so playing, travel and temperature don't move it. Only a hard impact that deforms a tongue will.

Yes, and the 6" is made for it: light, hard to damage and impossible to play wrong. With mallets and an adult nearby, from around three or four.

Carbon steel is warm and focused; the titanium-treated 14" is harder - cleaner attack, longer ring, more projection. On a small drum that's a nuance; on the 14" it's what lets the instrument breathe.

Yes - it handles heat, cold and travel far better than a handpan. In the box: padded bag, mallets, mallet holder, note stickers and songbook, with free US shipping.

Yes, counted from the day it arrives: one year on the 6-inch, three years on the 12-inch and the 14-inch. It covers the drum itself in normal use. If something isn't right, send us a photo or a short recording and we will sort it out with you.

Your drum leaves the workshop in 1 to 3 business days and travels by air: allow 2 to 3 weeks from your order to your door, free and tracked across the US. You then have 30 days to request a return, with the packaging still sealed, for a full refund. If it arrives damaged in transit, that is a different case - send us a photo and we replace it, with nothing to send back.
